HQB Program Structure

An All-Inclusive Program Structure:

Upon registration, you gain instant access to the entire HQB Program. There are no additional costs, hidden fees, contracts, charges, or obligations. All services are included upon receipt of first payment, at your request.

The HQB program is intentionally designed to provide value that far outweighs the cost of any QB training program, in California. HQB's are taught the physical skills of the QB position, the mental performance skills needed to utilize them on gameday along with the leadership skills to ensure team success, in all situations. A decade of experience training hundreds of QB’s along with a Chapman University BA in Education, allows for training efficiency that significantly reduces cost, time, risk, and frustration while developing confidence, performance skills, QB iQ, and technical prowess.

Training Facility Location

Our training location is in Irvine, California. Irvine offers the safest training location in the USA, beautiful views, clean air, great weather, and convenient travel via well planned roadways. Getting to and from workouts is essentially hassle-free. Local shopping centers also offer easy access to food, before or after workouts.

Customized, Private Workout Structure

1-on-1 Private workouts, all are fully customizable, and each is tailored specifically to the needs of your son. He will always leave workouts feeling satisfied that we trained the skills he wanted, you feel he needed, and that I recommended. If timing work is needed, with Wide Receivers and Defenders, we can make that a reality, too. We will work hard and have fun doing it! Hard work is fun and the process of success can be made more enjoyable through mini-games, competitions, meeting new and exciting people, sharing stories, and cracking jokes; So don't be surprised to see your son laughing and smiling on the field. Click here to view an example of a typical workout format/structure/itinerary.

Small-Group Workout Structure with Instant Replay

Small-Group workouts are designed to maintain an effective learning pace, high number of reps, create competition, and keep athletes focused. Every rep is recorded by a trained intern, on an iPad Pro, in HD Slo-Mo. Athletes can review each rep, instantly, to rapidly increase their learning pace and skill development.

All Quarterbacking Skills Developed

We will train throwing mechanics, drop-footwork, pocket movements, escape movements, how to beat blitzes, how to throw all routes including screens, specific D&D situations, how to bring a play into the huddle and to the LOS, how to use cadences effectively, how to read defenses, how to work through progressions properly, how to hand-off a ball, RPO's, Offense-specific skills, P/A Skills, effective leadership skills, and how to mentally/emotionally perform well, in all scenarios. Many QB's also need speed, mobility, and agility training; if this is something your son needs or is interested in, we can include this as well. Click here to view an example of a typical workout format/structure/itinerary.
